4&5 First Years: This league is for boys and girls ages 4 or 5 who have never played baseball at any level before or who have but still wish to stick with the basics. The league focuses on the basics of the game, with emphasis placed on teamwork and having fun. All games are played at either the T-ball field along Beaver Street in Zelienople Community Park or the T-ball Field in EDCO Park in Evans City.

In this league, all children will hit off of a tee. Helmets, soft baseballs, and bats are all provided by the association, but players can bring their own equipment. The only requirement is that the child has a glove of his or her own. Practices and games are usually held on weeknights and last about 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

5&6 Second Years: This level of tee ball is for boys and girls who have played a season of t-ball with the association and are ready for more advanced instruction. Games and practices take place at the the T-ball Field in Zelienople Community Park or the T-ball Field in EDCO Park in Evans City.

At this "second years" level, coaches will pitch to children who are ready. In addition, after a few weeks of instruction, teams will begin to play "outs," where a baserunner who is tagged out or fails to reach a base before the ball gets there will have to go back to the bench. This encourages hustling and attention to the game. Similar to the first years league, most games are on weeknights and last about 1 hour in length.
