All Star Registration

New requirements:
- Any player participating within in-house baseball/softball is eligible to tryout for SVNAA AllStar
- All other players not participating in SVNAA in-house programs and who currentl reside within the Seneca Valley School District are also welcome to tryout/participate in or summer All-Star programs, For these players, a non-refunable $40 All-Stars tryout registration fee will apply
